Community association board members have significant authority and responsibility. But what happens when a board member fails or refuses to act in the best interests of the association? This session will address how rogue board members can adversely affect the interests of an association and discuss how a board can properly and effectively handle scenarios involving board members who ignore legal requirements, disclose confidential information, are delinquent in the payment of assessments or take association action without board approval.
