In addition, the Condominium and Common Interest Community Ombudsperson (CCIC Ombudsperson) is also found in the IDFPR Division of Real Estate. The mission of the Ombudsperson is to provide information and education to unit owners, condominium and common interest community associations and their respective boards in order that they may better understand their rights and obligations under the law.
