ABOUT ACTHA The Association of Condominium, Townhouse & Homeowner Associations is the largest statewide organization representing boards and owners. Our mission is to educate board directors and owners in the methods of association operations and provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and information.

EARLY-BIRD EXHIBITORS Sign up for the trade shows early and ACTHA will list your company in the advance program sent to 8,000+ associations. Early bird deadlines are February 1 and August 1.

ALA CARTE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Annual Conference/Trade Show

ACTHA will host two conferences & trade shows on Saturday, March 29 and Saturday, November 22, 2008 at the Drury Lane in Oakbrook from 8:30 a.m.-11:15 a.m. (Note: Beginning in 2009, ACTHA will move to one conference/trade show in the fall). Targeted to board members, owners and managers, the conference offers a selection of educational programs with a trade show. Program book advertising is available (see below). An attendee list is provided after the event to all exhibitors. Two booth sizes are available: The 12' is $ 595, the 6' is $495 and electricity if needed is $ 80.

Seminar Sponsorship

Members are invited to sponsor one or more of ACTHA's seminars held throughout the year and in various locations. With sponsorship, a company representative is invited to the event, may distribute information and make a brief presentation before the program. A list of "Platinum" and "Gold" Sponsors with description and contact information will be distributed at each event. An attendee list is provided to sponsors. No more than three companies may sponsor any one seminar and competitive vendors not allowed. Sponsorship available on a "first come, first served" basis. One sponsorship event is included with "Platinum" sponsorship. The cost of sponsorship is $ 100 per program or $ 450 if sponsoring five programs.

Newsletter & Program Book Advertising

ACTHA publishes a monthly newsletter and two program books in conjunction with the trade shows. There is a discount when advertising in both program books as well as in the newsletter. For 2x/1x the rates are as follows: Full page: $ 425/225, Half page: $ 275/150, Quarter page: $ 225/125 and business card: $ 165/95. Commercial Directory

ACTHA's free commercial directory is published each September. It lists current members with standard contact information (supplements are printed and distributed throughout the year). ACTHA members are also listed on the web site. Members may purchase advertising in the directory, an expanded listing for companies to describe their services and list multiple locations and staff contacts. Orders may be placed up until July 1, 2008. The ad or expanded listing is $ 95 each or order both and save money for a total cost of $165.

Exclusive Monthly Newsletter Insert

With each monthly newsletter, ACTHA allows one advertiser to place an insert. Limited to ACTHA commercial members, this represents a guaranteed mailing of 1,350 to named individuals. Companies need to reserve any month in advance and any piece provided by the company must be folded to fit a #10 envelope. A great way to avoid the appearance of "junk mail!" The cost is $ 575.

Mailing List Purchase

Companies may target mailings to ACTHA's database of 8,000+ associations. Simply identify the zip codes your company wishes to target, deliver the mailing to the office sealed and stamped and ACTHA will affix the labels. Mailings to members will go to a named individual and non-member mailings go to "Current President." The cost is 30 cents per label and $ 30 an hour secretarial.
